Day 1: Helsingborg - Bastad (62 / 39 mi)
In Helsingborg - called "the pearl of Öresund" - we can admire the old town and the Kärnan Tower, the remains of the medieval castle that stood on the harbor. Today's route runs from the sea through an agricultural area dotted with farms and lakes taking us to Ängelholm located in the middle of Skälderviken bay. We will then continue along the coast enjoying beautiful landscapes between coves, fishing villages, forests and lakes. Sail boats and farms are the symbol of Bastad, a popular holiday resort and the final destination of the day. Accommodation in hotel.
Day 2 : Bastad - Falkenberg (79 / 49.50 mi.)
We start this daily stage by following the coast in an increasingly diverse and relaxing landscape particularly suited to the bike. We arrive in Halmstad characterized by the imposing fortress built in the late sixteenth century on the Nissan River. The tour then moves inland where we find fields and woods in a lightly populated area. We return again to the sea reaching Falkenberg, literally "The hawk mountain "; its wide and sandy beaches are famous throughout the country and its position at the mouth of the river Atran, rich in salmon, makes it a paradise for fishermen. Accommodation in hotel.
Day 3 : Falkenberg - Kungsbacka (85 / 53 mi)
After breakfast, we set off for a day dedicated to sea and nature. The route winds in the morning on small streets near the sea; in the afternoon we move inland. We pass the nature reserve of Fjärås BRACKA on the banks of this region's largest lake. Here we find nearly 100 menhirs dating from the Iron Age. The final destination of the day is the beautiful coastal town of Kungsbacka, with the Tjolöholm castle and its landscaped gardens. Accommodation in hotel.
Day 4 : Kungsbacka - Goteborg (40 / 25 mi.)
After breakfast the morning is spent in the saddle cycling between lakes and woods traveling towards Gothenburg. The route today is not too long which allows plenty of time to visit Gothenburg , the second largest city in Sweden. Famous for its seafood restaurants, for the many cultural events and the beautiful gardens, this city has been selected as a 2016 best eco tourism destination in Europe. Accommodation in hotel.
Day 5 : Goteborg - train ride to Halden - Moss (65 / 41 mi.)
A train ride (about 2 hours) will take us from Gothenburg to Norwegian soil. On small roads and bike paths we cycle a beautiful itinerary that leads us to Moss on the east bank of the Oslofjord, between the mainland and Jeløya island. Accommodation in hotel.
Day 6 : Moss - Oslo (66 / 41 mi.)
Starting from Moss we travel the long inlet of the Oslofjord; passing through little towns we join the suburbs of the capital of Norway: Oslo here we are! After dinner you can venture to the Aker Brygge area, an artificial island connected to the mainland by several bridges. From these bridges you can admire the lights and the special atmosphere of sunset which, in summer, is around 11pm! Accommodation in hotel.
